The service
Tooloist provides online tools for working with images, PDF files, text and data. You can use them without an account. fardinkai may change, add or remove tools and features, or suspend the website, at any time.
Your content
You keep all rights to the files and text you use with Tooloist. They are processed in your browser, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to use and change the files you process, and for checking results before you rely on them — for example, testing a QR code before printing it and keeping your original files.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Tooloist for anything unlawful or to infringe the rights of others;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems it runs on;
- present Tooloist or its output as an official product of another organisation.

Tooloist is provided “as is” and “as available”. fardinkai works to make the tools accurate and reliable but does not guarantee that they are free of errors, that results are suitable for a particular purpose, or that the website is always available.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, fardinkai is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, Tooloist, including loss of data or files. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
