Tooloist is run by fardinkai. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the website. In short: you do not need an account, the files and text you use with the tools are processed on your own device, and Tooloist does not use analytics, advertising or tracking.
Files and text you use with the tools
Every tool runs inside your web browser. When you add a file or type text, it is processed on your device and is not uploaded to fardinkai or to anyone else. Nothing you process is saved: it is gone when you close or reload the page. Results you download are created on your device.
Information stored on your device
Tooloist does not set cookies. It stores two small items in your browser:
- your colour theme, if you choose one with the theme button, in local storage under the name “tooloist:theme”;
- scroll positions, so the back button returns you to the same place on a page, in session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab.
Neither contains personal information, and you can clear both in your browser settings.
Other websites
Links to other websites, including links inside QR codes you create, lead to sites with their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
